Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a strategic, proactive, and solution-oriented professional to join our human resources department as a HR business partner. In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a wide range of human resource topics. As an employee champion and strategic partner, you will assess staff needs, develop integrative solutions, and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and recognition. Having a proven ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization is going to be supremely important in your success. Our ideal candidate is extremely skilled in their interpersonal and communication skills, focused on achieving personal and department goals, and can quickly build genuine rapport and trust with USANA employees.
What You Will Do as a USANA Business Partner
- Act as a point of contact for managers and employees in the resolution of HR issues across the U.S. Canada, and Europe and provide timely and effective solutions
- Serve as the strategic partner between business leaders and HR, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives to drive success
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs that support business needs and promote a positive employee experience
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues while mitigating legal risks and uploading a fair, inclusive work environment
- Participate in or lead HR projects, such as compensation reviews, training programs, and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, both domestically and in international offices
Background and Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field;
- Eight plus years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR best practices
What Will Make You Standout
- Master’s degree
- SPHR, PHR, CCP, CBP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification
- Knowledge of international employment legislation and best practices
Position is hybrid/in-office located in Salt Lake City
