Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join the USANA quality team as a quality control inspector. In this position, you will perform quality control tasks including visual inspection and sampling of raw materials, gel capsules, packaging components, general merchandise, finished products, dimensional measurements, and functional testing using aseptic methods.
What You Will Do as USANA’s Quality Control Inspector
- Operate Near Infrared Spectrophotometer (NIR) to identify raw materials as required per assigned function
- Create quality control documentation including but not limited to inspection worksheets, Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Compliance, and other reports.
- Clean and maintain inspection equipment, rooms, and areas
- Process product returns
Background and Skills You Will Need
- Ability to understand technical training to perform essential functions of the position
- Skilled in mathematical problem-solving
- Must have a high school degree or equivalent
