Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an independent and adaptable individual to join our operations engineering team as a validation technician. In this position, you will work closely with the validation engineers and management to plan, organize, and perform qualification and validation testing for defined processes and equipment that meet USANA’s high standards. Our ideal candidate makes problem-solving, effective communication, and strong teamwork a priority.
What You Will Do as USANA’s Validation Technician
- Coordinate and write protocols, such as DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ, to validate GMP-related equipment and processes
- Perform various testing procedures as needed for equipment and utilities, as defined in qualification protocols
- Assist in updating the validation planning with new projects and timelines
- Support validation engineers in their projects and assist with execution support
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret equipment manuals to develop testing procedures effectively
