We're currently seeking Production Associates to excel in the following roles:

 - Bulk Operators: Responsible for loading bulk deliver vessels and sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements and ensure compliance within the bulk department to support the production process. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient bulk loading of our products.

Functions:

• Will be responsible for loading flour rail cars and trucks.
• Must be safety conscious and perform all duties in a safe and conscientious manner.
• Will be required to perform job within all Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines.
• Must be able to use computer and computer programs to complete paperwork and communicate with management and transportation team. 
• Will be required to work with Quality Assurance Lab in meeting specifications on flour mixes.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and load all trailers in a timely manner with proper documentation.
• Properly blend all flour and ingredients per customer specifications, and maintain all documentation for traceability purposes.   
• Test required flour attributes as outlined by the facilities PRP to ensure flour meets customer requirements.   
• Perform IPM and food safety checks at specified frequencies and record findings.   
• Properly seal all trailers per Ardent Mills Seal Policy.   
• Cleaning duties as indicated on Master Sanitation Schedule.   
• Will be an area owner and work toward improving and sustaining area.
• Become fluent with computer programs including Excel, Outlook and Prism
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Physical requirements and working conditions (with or without reasonable accommodation):

• Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, multiple times per day

• Climb ladder, step and extension

• Able to lift to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force

• Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance and reach at shoulder level and below shoulder level

• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including a dust mask

• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)

Team members must be clean shaven in order to perform tasks where respiratory protection is required and the use of a respirator (including N-95 dust mask) requires a proper seal for adequate protection.
