Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
Schedule deliveries and coordinate with suppliers.
Manage inventory and ensure efficient warehouse organization.
Handle ERP system (Priority) for logistics tracking.
Support ongoing projects (e.g., Intel project in Ohio) and ensure timely deliveries.
Develop and implement operational improvements.
Job Requirements
The Warehouse & Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing logistics, and coordinating deliveries for Pach Taas' U.S. operations. This includes working closely with suppliers, tracking inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse functionality. The role provides an opportunity to be part of a growing team, with significant career growth potential as the company expands in the U.S.
Experience in heavy industrial, industrial manufacturing, or warehouse management.
Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of logistics and warehouse operations.
Knowledge of ERP systems (Priority ERP preferred).
Flexible and able to work occasional weekends if required.
Nice to have
Experience in a growing company or startup-like environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Prior experience working with global teams.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
