Position Summary:
Insulators measure, cut and install insulation in walls, floors and ceilings to reduce heat loss or gain and improve energy bills. Advancement is based on speed and accuracy of finished work and adherence to company core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cuts insulation and seals air leaks
- Installs full bays and baffles
- Understanding of R-Values and insulation thickness
- Installs batt, blow in and spray foam
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of insulation experience preferred
- OSHA-10 certified strongly preferred
- Driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required
Compensation: :
- $17 - $25 per hour per hour based on experience
