Summary

As a Retail Store Manager at Quality Cellular, you will lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence in one or more retail locations. This role is essential in fostering a positive store environment and ensuring that our mission of high-quality service is upheld across all interactions. Compensation is a combination of annual salary plus uncapped monthly bonus based on store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staffing, and merchandising.
• Develop training programs for staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Foster relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Flexibility in working a schedule to include nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Some travel to alternative locations is required.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
• Demonstrated follow-through and attention to detail.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer communication.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability in training development for staff improvement.
• Previous experience as an assistant manager is advantageous but not required.
