Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Volleyball Coach to join our team and work with aspiring athletes to enhance their skills for the 2025/26 school year.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective training programs to improve participants techniques and performance.
- Organize and lead practice sessions focusing on skill development, teamwork, and strategy.
- Provide constructive feedback to track participants to help them grow and excel in their sport.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games.
- Encourage sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among team members.
Experience
- Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in volleyball, is desired.
- Knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively educate and motivate players.
