Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Track Coach to join our team and work with aspiring athletes to enhance their skills.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective training programs to improve participants techniques and performance
- Organize and lead practice sessions focusing on skill development, teamwork, and strategy
- Provide constructive feedback to track participants to help them grow and excel in their sport.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and track meets
- Encourage sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among team members
Experience
- Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in track, is desired
- Knowledge of track rules, techniques, and strategies
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively educate and motivate players
