- You must be a US Citizen or US National.
- Males born after 12/31/1959 must be Selective Service registered or exempt.
- Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check.

- Incumbent is required to operate Government vehicles some of which MAY require the operator to possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- If a CDL is required, the incumbent is subject to random drug testing and will be placed in the drug testing pool. Selectee must submit to a urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment and random testing thereafter.
- Final appointment and continued employment are conditional on negative results for illegal drug use. This announcement constitutes 30 days advance notice.
