We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our team as a full-time Assistant Service Manager/Service Writer.
This position is responsible for the following:
- Deliver extraordinary customer service to each customer in every circumstance
- Oversee and ensure all daily operational functions are completed, up to and including work orders, inventory, sales accounts
- Optimize schedule for appointments, review schedules for accuracy, confirm appointments and follow up on missed appointments
- Perform inventory management - coordinating and managing the inventory accuracy, managing the layout of the inventory locations, storing inventory, and picking inventory to pre-stage for shipment
- Perform marketing management - coordinating and managing the ad accuracy, managing the layout of the ads
- Provide support to the Service Manager, Billing Manager and Business Manager
- Meet and exceed office performance goals through teamwork, marketing, operational efficiency and promotion
Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, high degree of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion and judgment, and work in a team environment.
Must be highly motivated, self-starter, work independently, willing to meet strict deadlines and time constraints.
Hours of Operation are Monday – Friday 9 am – 6 pm, Saturday 9 am – 1 pm (Sept-Dec).

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated math, reading & writing skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Inventory and Marketing background is preferred
- Must be customer service oriented and possess the ability to effectively communicate
- Must have previous cash handling experience
- Must be a team player, hard worker, dependable, reliable and multitask
- Previous experience with any automotive POS, Microsoft Office including Microsoft Exel, a plus
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Bending, stretching & pulling.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs without difficulty or pain.
- Vision must be sufficient to reconcile sales reports, carry out vehicle pre-inspection (walk around).
- Must be able to work Saturdays September through December.
- Must be able to work in all environmental conditions:

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
