Full Job Description
Usedo Park Services is seeking a full-time Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. You’ll also get the chance to interact with all levels of staff and various customers and clients
Job Duties:
- Promptly and courteously answer company phone & emails.
- Advise and represent Usedo Park Services' customers by providing service quotes, schedule appointments, process payments, and provide customer invoices in an efficient manner.
- General administrative support, including but not limited to preparing service contracts, digital filing, and various executive assistant projects.
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
- Must have knowledge of common office software products to manage schedules and paperwork.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone and email communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organization skills (e.g. able to effectively manage and schedule appointments from medium volume Outlook email inbox)
- Able to proofread, spelling, and use grammar mechanics (punctuation, capitalization, acceptable style/usage etc.)
- References attesting to your reliability (e.g. punctuality, excellent attendance).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Bi-Lingual English / Spanish.
- Schedule: Monday - Saturday (onsite).
Preferences:
- Sales experience is a plus, as you will be consulting potential clients for a variety of services.
