What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Field Supervisor position at USentra Security?
USENTRA Security Services - Now seeking qualified and motivated individuals to fill open field supervisor positions.
Field Supervisor Duties include: Taking phone calls from officers or clients when main office is closed / Site checks to ensure quality of service / Filling open posts when they occur / Covering shift or part of shift until/unless qualified officer covers open shift / Setting a positive example for officers / Address issues with officers such as uniform appearance, paperwork content and legibility, job performance - doors or gates locked when they should be, individuals signed in and out, patrols done correctly and according to site schedule, etc.
Requirements: At least 2 years of security supervisory experience / Minimum of High School Diploma or GED / Valid driver's license / CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD / CLEAN DRIVING RECORD / Good communication skills - verbal and written / The ability to lead and positively motivate others / Scheduling experience is a plus !
Positions available: Weekends - Saturday & Sunday - Noon to midnight
Pay rate: To be discussed during interview
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
