As a Security Supervisor at USentra Security, you will play a vital role in overseeing security operations and ensuring the safety of our clients and their properties. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security personnel to ensure effective operations and maintain high standards of officer performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess security measures and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement as necessary.
- Train staff on security practices, conflict management, and emergency response procedures.
- Prepare reports on security incidents and recommend improvements.
- Ensure that officer call-outs are documented properly and that shifts are filled with quality, trained replacement officers
Requirements
- Clean record and good driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry or law enforcement.
- Excellent conflict management and communication skills.
- Ability to positively motivate officers in order to achieve the highest level of quality service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
Positions available: Weekends - all shifts / Also weekdays - evening shifts
