Experience
The ideal candidate must have significant financial services experience within the banking industry, specifically in one or both of the following domains:
- Structured Debt: Asset-back securities, collateral debt OR
- Credit Services: Securities-backed Lending, Credit Solutions OR
- Treasury Services: Liquidities Management, Trade Finance and Processing, Clearing and Settlement
You will have an impact in following ways:
• Develops and executes a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, prioritizes initiatives, goal-setting, and creates the evaluation criteria to ensure successful delivery
• Understands the client's needs and objectives, is able to introduce new ways of working, being productive, and soliciting feedback
• Works closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. UX, Engineering, and Business groups) to define criteria
• Drives product innovation by keeping up-to-date with industry trends
• Defines product metrics, measures performance, and uses data to inform product decisions.• Manages a team of Product Owners and/or scrum teams
