We’re looking for an innovative and versatile Content Marketing Manager to craft high-impact content tailored specifically for our diverse customer personas.
The Role
As our Content Marketing Manager, you will be central to our growth strategy, producing engaging, high-quality content across multiple formats and platforms. Your work will directly fuel our demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce exceptional content tailored to Userpilot’s customer personas, including ebooks, courses, downloadables, social media posts, industry reports, YouTube videos, shorts, single-image, video, and thought leader ads.
- Assist in developing highly engaging assets for social media and ABM campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with designers and video producers to create visually compelling content.
- Plan and host webinars and conduct insightful interviews with industry thought leaders, boosting Userpilot's thought leadership presence.
- Facilitate influencer partnerships and communications.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven track record in B2B SaaS growth (please showcase success stories).
- 2 years of hands-on experience with creating high quality content for B2B (ideally mid-market to enterprise)
- Exceptional creativity and storytelling skills; adept at turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Demonstrated experience creating diverse content formats for different marketing channels.
- Familiarity with Product Management, Product Analytics, and User Engagement & Experience niches and tools will be a significant plus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Stong camera presence and personal brand (or willingness to work on their personal branding)
- Perfect Professional Level English Language Skills.
