About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of our product for our customers. You will work closely with both internal teams and external customers to understand their needs, configure our solutions to meet those needs, and provide training and support throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the customer's business, goals, and challenges to provide personalized assistance and develop implementation plans.
- Collaborating with sales to support prospects and conducting POC calls.
- Provide consultation to customers on best practices to push for value.
- Provide training to customers on how to use our solutions effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
- Document implementation processes and best practices for future reference.
- Gathering and sharing customer feedback with the product team.
- Investigate and escalate any technical issues a customer encounters to the support team.
- Taking ownership of internal projects and collaborating with the team to improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software implementation or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Quick thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with a Saas product is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
