About the Role
We are looking for a Product Experience Strategist to join our Professional Services team. This role is a blend of UX strategy and product growth consulting, helping customers optimize their in-app user journeys to drive activation, adoption, and retention.
You will work directly with customers to analyze user behavior, recommend engagement strategies, and provide tactical guidance on in-app content design (e.g., tooltips, modals, checklists). Your expertise will help customers structure user experiences that not only enhance usability but also contribute to business growth.
Beyond consulting, you will help refine and scale best practices by contributing to our playbooks, solution libraries, and frameworks.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with Customers – Assess user journeys and provide strategic guidance on optimizing engagement, adoption, and retention.
- Design User Engagement Strategies – Help customers define key touchpoints, recommend in-app content strategies, and optimize onboarding flows.
- Advise on Measurement & Analytics – Guide customers on defining and tracking success metrics, ensuring they measure the right behaviors and outcomes.
- Develop Playbooks & Best Practices – Contribute to scalable frameworks, templates, and strategies that drive consistent success for our customers.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, and Engineering) to align research insights with broader company initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in UX research, product analytics, or user journey consulting.
- Expertise in user journey design and engagement strategies, with the ability to map and optimize user flows, reduce friction, and drive product adoption.
