Key Responsibilities
- CRO Audit & Optimization
- Conduct a comprehensive CRO audit across acquisition funnels (demo requests, trial signups, key web pages).
- Benchmark metrics against industry averages, identifying low-hanging fruits and bottlenecks (e.g., /pricing page conversions, demo sign-up rates, ICP trialist adoption).
- Develop and execute action plans to improve inbound processes, collaborating closely with Performance Marketing and Product teams.
- Streamline Inbound SDR Process
- Optimize lead selection for inbound SDR, incorporating smart automation while maintaining personalized outreach.
- Reduce manual tasks by implementing workflows (notifications, tasks, sequenced messaging) in HubSpot or related tools.
- Ensure seamless hand-off from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to SDRs.
- Trial Activation
- Evaluate the quality of incoming trialists, their use cases, and commercial potential to improve activation flow.
- Identify ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) leads quickly for smooth handover to Sales and SDR teams.
- Collaborate with Product and RevOps to enhance the onboarding experience and boost trial-to-paid conversion rates.
- Future Growth Projects
- HubSpot clean-up (lead scoring, assignment).
- Run A/B tests for CRO improvements or channel optimization with Performance Marketing.
- Develop new activation flows and messaging, leveraging personalization for high-intent web pages.
- Explore AI-driven approaches for workflow automation and content customization.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven track record in B2B SaaS growth (please showcase success stories).
- 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and quantitative mindset; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with workflow optimization, ideally involving AI tools or agents.
- Some performance marketing experience (paid acquisition, retargeting, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and growth-based bonus opportunities.
- Flexible work setup: Hybrid from our Dublin or Austin HQs.
- Top-notch, well-resourced team, including Marketing Operations (MOps) and Revenue Operations (RevOps).
- Opportunities to attend international conferences and team offsites.
- Generous education budget for professional development and certifications.
