As a Licensed Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, educating clients on their coverage options, and building lasting relationships. Our top agents understand that sales are about solving problems, not just closing deals—and they are rewarded for their success.

Your Role as an Insurance Sales Representative
As a Licensed Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, educating clients on their coverage options, and building lasting relationships. Our top agents understand that sales are about solving problems, not just closing deals—and they are rewarded for their success.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Achieve & Exceed Sales Goals:
- $35,000 in new business premium per month
- 30 policies written monthly
- 10 life insurance referrals per month
- 75 outbound calls per day, 4 hours of talk time
- 15 scheduled appointments per week
- Follow up on all leads within 24 hours
- Leverage networking and referral partnerships (real estate agents, mortgage lenders, business owners, etc.)
- Provide customized coverage recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Clearly explain policy coverages, exclusions, and benefits.
- Offer bundling options to maximize savings and protection.
- Ensure 100% compliance with insurance regulations.
- Use CRM and sales tracking software to document client interactions and manage follow-ups.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure a seamless client experience.
