Role Overview :
As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search, X, Reddit , and more. Your primary mission is to reach and engage technical personas—Engineers, DevOps professionals, and Cloud Architects—through attention-grabbing ads. You’ll craft compelling copy, optimize for performance, and continuously test and refine campaigns to drive pipeline growth. You’ll be a key player in Sedai’s marketing strategy, with opportunities to expand your impact across other digital marketing channels based on bandwidth and your preference.
What You’ll Do :
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid advertising campaigns targeting technical audiences.
- Create compelling ad copy that captures the attention of cloud engineers, DevOps professionals, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with design to produce high-converting visuals and ad creatives tailored to each platform.
- Conduct A / B tests on ad messaging, CTAs, targeting, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
- Use analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs.
- Work with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with broader content, demand-gen, and outbound initiatives.
- Explore and experiment with new digital marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement.
