Description
POSITION SUMMARY: This is a first line supervision position within USES. The individual has successfully proven and passed testing for the operator position. The individual has a minimum of 4 years industry experience. This is a safety sensitive role.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provides direct supervision, coordination and continuity to the assigned crew, and necessary communication from dispatch through the Division Operations Manager.
- Supervise assigned USES personnel and subcontractors. Initiate corrective action for unsatisfactory performance in accordance with company regulations.
- Supervises the assigned personnel, equipment, material and subcontractors for the assigned work.
- Properly prepare work in advance with regards to equipment layout and hookup requirements and assigned crew work lists for setup, processing, rig-down and decontamination.
- Ensure equipment is received and maintained in good working condition throughout the job. Report all deficiencies as they arise to dispatch and/or Division Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- Travel Required.
- Ability to perform manual labor (i.e. heavy lifting, confined space entry, working at heights, etc.)
- High energy level and work ethic.
- Ability to foster teamwork.
- TWIC Card/ Valid State Issued ID.
- Pass a physical, hair follicle drug test, and background check.
