Provide administrative support to department leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and handling confidential information. Ensure that leadership is fully prepared for meetings and follow up on action items. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Oversee and audit leave requests records to ensure compliance with company policies. Work with HR to coordinate any necessary follow-up actions related to employee attendance.
Arrange travel logistics for department staff, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and transportation. Prepare itineraries and ensure all travel plans are aligned with business needs. Handle any travel-related issues and adjustments, providing seamless support to traveling employees.
Manage office supply procurement, ensuring that all necessary materials and resources are stocked and available. Place orders, track inventory levels, and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and equipment. Assist with purchasing approvals and budget tracking.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office environment is organized, functional, and well-maintained. Manage office equipment, handle maintenance requests, and coordinate any necessary repairs or upgrades. Ensure smooth operations for all office-related activities and support colleagues in daily needs.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, with at least one year of customer service experience; or a Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business or related.
Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree.
