Job Summary :
The OB Sonographer 3 will perform high-risk OB / GYN imaging exams / procedures under the direction of Maternal Fetal Medicine and GYN Imaging physicians, following established protocols. Responsible for obtaining and correlating clinical history with indicated exam / procedure. Must be able to use the independent judgement necessary to obtain all required information, images & measurements. Must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of fetal / gynecological anatomy & vision, and technical sonographic principles. Must deliver patient care in accordance with USFTGP mission, vision, and values. Other duties as assigned.
- Completion of a formal accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program with ARDMS registry in OB / GYN.
- ARDMS OB / GYN
- Experience level : Minimum of 3 years of OB / GYN sonography experience required. Must demonstrate current knowledge and level of expertise generally obtained through national certification required to perform high-risk OB / GYN sonograms.
