Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment specifications through adjustments and quality checks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Record production numbers into the MDIS system
- Operate plant equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing setting with attention to safety and adherence to plant rules
- High standard for housekeeping within the work area
- Computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Able to read measuring devices and follow documented inspection procedures
- Ability to learn to operate plant equipment and use common hand tools
Beyond the Basics:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and ability to navigate Oracle
- Ability to make machine and process adjustments to ensure product compliance
