Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Marketing Automation to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation platforms and processes to drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation tools, data analysis, and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation Strategy:
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Platform Management:
- Oversee the administration and optimization of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Marketing Cloud).
- Ensure seamless integration with CRM systems and other marketing tools
Campaign Execution:
- Design, build, and manage automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns.
- Segment and target audiences based on behavior, demographics, and other criteria.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the marketing team.
Lead Management:
- Implement lead scoring and grading models to prioritize and qualify leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and alignment on lead management processes.
Content Personalization:
- Develop and implement strategies for personalized content delivery based on user behavior and preferences.
- Work with content creators to ensure relevant and engaging content is delivered through marketing automation channels.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and email marketing best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and design, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and their integration with marketing automation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and email marketing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
