Medical Production Specialist

Job Overview:

The Medical Production Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production equipment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate production equipment, troubleshooting issues and making necessary adjustments to meet quality specifications.
• Accurately record production data and results, following established procedures.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks to service equipment as needed.
• Participate in plant safety initiatives and continuous improvement programs under supervision.

This role requires flexibility with scheduling, including shiftwork, overtime, and weekend assignments. The ideal candidate can work safely in a manufacturing environment and adhere to all plant safety and housekeeping rules.

Key Qualifications:

• Ability to learn and operate complex equipment effectively.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
