Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Role & Responsibilities:
- Incorporate safety into all aspects of the operation and ensure that safe working conditions, actions, and practices exist and are followed at all times.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative & predictive maintenance activities necessary to keep industrial equipment operating efficiently. Tasks may include, but are not limited to motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulic systems, conveyor systems, PLC’s, Motor Control Centers, welding, production machines, troubleshooting malfunctions, following diagrams, sketches, schematics, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications.
- Adept at prioritizing and coordinating maintenance activities to maximize production efficiencies and equipment availability.
- Timely communication with production department around maintenance issues and the impact on operations.
- Identify part needs.
- Ensure all plant equipment is well maintained through support, enforcement, and implementation of all rules and procedures relating to the plant’s RPM initiative.
- Able to build rapport with employees through effective communication and engagement efforts.
- Adaptable to overtime requirements.
- May require occasional travel.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficiency with electrical, 24VDC to 3-phase 480VAC, mechanical control systems, Lockout/Tagout, and safe working procedures.
- Working knowledge of maintenance programs and the ability to enter data, navigate, and extract information from CMMS.
- Business minded, people and results oriented, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.
- Self-starter, excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrate personal accountability, decision-making and problem-solving capability.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
