Definition of Job Title:
The Manufacturing Technician performs various duties in support of precision manufacturing operations. These include secondary operations such as deburring, hydroforming, material processing, as well as general shop organization.
Essential functions, duties, and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performing secondary processes including removing laser cut parts from sheets, tapping or chamfering holes in manufactured components, and hydroforming of aircraft parts
- Set up and cut raw material to specified lengths using various saws
- Set up and use of various sanding, buffing, vibratory tumbling, and cleaning equipment to finish parts
- Cleaning and organization of manufacturing space including floors, machines, carts, and benches
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Ability to use a variety of general shop tools
- Ability to multi-task while ensuring processes are completed accurately
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work well a team-oriented environment

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
