JOB DESCRIPTION:
Usherwood Office Technology is searching for an industry-experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop innovative strategies that will elevate our brand. This position is crucial in managing and providing direction for the Usherwood Sales Division. Usherwood provides a culture that rewards innovation and creativity while adhering to a strong discipline of putting our clients first. In this position, you will be allowed to further both your sales and management skills. The Sales Director will be responsible for building and developing a team of Sales Professionals and proactively selling Usherwood's best in breed product line to existing and potential clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review team member performance metrics to coach toward best-in-class utilization, results, and client satisfaction
- Consistently review performance and provide ongoing training and mentoring to team members
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Strive for positive resolutions to difficult client circumstances
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related fields or experience
- 5 years in sales, management experience, and proven track record of sales leadership success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sales skills and product knowledge
- Experience with leading from the front in terms of call process best practice, calling clients directly and assisting team members with sales
