Tacocina is a taco stand from Union Square Hospitality Group, located in Williamsburg’s new Domino Park. We serve tacos, margaritas, and more in a laid-back, lively setting overlooking the East River.
Who you are: The Front of House Team Member is a warm, friendly, and highly motivated employee that delivers the highest level of hospitality and service to our guests. Team members are expected to execute guest-facing service as well as the back of house tasks. This is a seasonal position beginning at the time of hire until Fall 2025, with the opportunity to transfer within the company based on performance.
What you'll do:
- Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
- Consistently provide an outstanding guest experience and outstanding culinary experience.
- Maintain facilities in compliance with DOH standards.
- Work with all key clients, partners, and colleagues to provide exceptional service and hospitality with USHG Beliefs as a priority.
What we need from you:
- 1 years of previous food service and/or customer service experience
- Knowledge of fast casual-style food, service, and beverage programs
- Experience using POS systems
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Knowledge of DOH policies and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes days, nights, and weekends
