What are the responsibilities and job description for the AR Coord Team Lead position at USI Holdings Corporation?
Responsibilities:
- Manage workload allocation for AR Coordinator team.
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day escalations.
- Ensure daily and weekly goals are performed by the established SLAs.
- Review teamwork product for accuracy and completeness.
- Track scorecard goals for the team monthly. Identify team members who are not performing at SLA.
- Work with management to provide remediation training and track progress in the training log.
- Accountable for training of team. Includes onboarding of new employees and remediation training.
- Review daily/monthly dashboard reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage employee time-off requests.
- Assist team with completing day-to-day tasks to ensure timely completion of workload.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivables, preferably in a large insurance brokerage.
- Leadership skills with ability to manage a team.
- Strong work ethic with a defined sense of urgency.
- Organized self-starter that works well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and retention of pertinent information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel required.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles.
