Previous data entry, Administrative, or Customer Service experience is preferred. Starting pay for this position is $15 / hr
- USIC / Reconn complies with all applicable minimum wage laws Your Responsibilities as a Admin Researcher / Dispatcher :
- Route damage locate tickets to USIC staff, customers and contractors; make changes as necessary
- Receive calls and e-mails with damage ticket information from One Call center, customer or contractor, and complete timely dispatch of the tickets to the appropriate USIC staff
- Answer calls, investigate associated ticket, and relay information back to the homeowner
- Prepare tickets for billing, faxing standby sheets to customers, and other administrative tasks
- Research prints by using multiple utility programs
- Identify various utilities; e.g.
water mains, gas mains, electric, etc.
