We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver/Warehouse individual to join our team. This dual-role position involves delivering goods to various locations as well as picking/packing orders in the warehouse when not on a route.

Usinger's is looking for a Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role involves a combination of driving responsibilities- CDL-B or non-CDL and warehouse duties (when not on a delivery route).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Transport shipments or work in progress via box truck. Display high level of customer service.
2. Load and unload truck with shipments, racks of products, or processing equipment.
3. Complete necessary transportation documentation and comply with DOT regulations.
4. Pick and pack product into boxes according to shipping schedule; label and palletize boxes.
5. Scale product and/or move product with forklifts.
6. Inventory.
8. Comply with strict food and worker safety procedures.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Class B CDL preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Good driving record and ability to get a medical card; Previous truck delivery experience required.
- Must have outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to work within freezers and coolers, as well as outdoors.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Reliable and cooperative.
- Display good judgement, hand-eye coordination, quick reflexes, and concentration.
DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS OF POSITION:
- Either on feet or driving. Regular use of hands, reaching, and bending. Lifting up to 65 lbs. Push/pull racks on wheels
- Must be comfortable working within a physical environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.40 - $20.40 per hour
