What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Implementation Manager position at Usio, Inc.?
Objectives
- Manage onboarding for new clients from start to hand off.
- Work closely to successfully and seamlessly implement new clients on the Usio platform.
- Build internal relationships with each team that works to onboard clients.
- Effectively communicate technical connectivity options and provide solutions to customers & potential consumers.
- Manage new client connectivity through development, testing and certification.
- Understand the financial impacts to Usio for the program(s)
- Track and understand the client’s objectives for programs.
- Assist with responding to support tickets.
Responsibilities
- Reports to VP, Product & Operations
- Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure efficient client onboarding tasks.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape.
- Share best practices with customers to ensure customers understand Usio’s role in the program.
- Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the Usio products and services work.
- Provide thorough and live demonstrations of the card issuing platform and portals.
- Provide technical connectivity options and solutions to potential clients, managing the process from initials calls to development, testing and Usio certification.
- Work with the clients and engineers to ensure client API’s and connectivity meets the Usio requirements.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.
- Establish and build strong working relationships with Usio team members at all levels.
- Consistently refine processes to allow Usio to onboard for faster to revenue.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with project management
- Basic knowledge of API’s and their applications
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong writing, phone and presentation skills
