Description
Concept Plus is seeking a Software Manager for a Federal project Primary Responsibilities :
- The Software Manager shall provide full life cycle custom application development and deployment using the client’s System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) software engineering methodology.
- Software Design and Development : follow software engineering methodologies and practices that are approved by the Government to design and develop applications that meet Job Corps’ business requirements to be defined in the future.
- Software Architecture Design and Platform Support : follow software engineering methodologies and practices that are approved by the Government to design and develop software system architecture and platforms that meet Government’s business requirements.
- Application Deployment and Support : ensure application deployment and support meet the Government’s standard.
- Statistical Analysis and Data Reporting : provide the necessary resources for the preparation of statistical reports, graphs and executive presentations.
