Concept Plus is seeking a Technical Assistance Center Manager for a Federal project Primary Responsibilities :
- Technical Assistance Center Manager will lead the Customer Support team to provide support for client users for applications, voice / network support, administration / computer / system operations, security administration, learning technology, and physical security.
- Specifically, lead the Customer Support team to provide TAC support in the following areas :
Voice over IP TelephonyNetwork Issues : Both LAN and WANIssues with email, Citrix, Exchange and other Government provided servicesAssistance with any issues involving any of the Government provided applicationsAssistance with any user PC or Laptop issues, both hardware and approved softwareTesting of any proposed new software
