What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Intern (Summer 2025) position at USL W League?
Pleasanton RAGE USL W League Team are looking for a highly motivated equipment intern to assist at training sessions and games for the 2025 summer season. The ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative, the ability to multi-task, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Work schedules will be set at the beginning of the internship. Interns are voluntary and unpaid. This could be ideal for someone also looking to get experience as a coach also.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist head coach in maintaining a clean/organized locker room on away games.
- Distributing team gear to players. Assist in laundry needs for team.
- Assist coaching staff with set-up and breakdown before, during and after all training sessions
- Assist coaching staff with set-up on game days.
- Other duties as assigned
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge and interest in sports. Energetic and positive attitude.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible for college credit.
- Available 20-25 hours per week.
- Able to work each home game and travel for every away game.
