Job Description: Sales Representative (50/50 Program)
USLI is seeking energetic, dynamic, and competitive individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to launch their careers in the insurance industry. In collaboration with our customer partners—independent retail agents and wholesale brokers—successful candidates will be hired for agent and marketing representative roles across the country.
Training and Development Program:
Participants will enroll in a comprehensive two-year training and development program designed to cultivate elite sales professionals. This program focuses on building meaningful business relationships, driving results, and establishing a long-term career in insurance. Each participant will receive:
- A detailed training plan outlining expectations and development investments.
- Assignment to a dedicated sales mentor for one-on-one coaching and support.
- Opportunities to network with fellow participants nationwide.
Key Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A proven ability to build relationships successfully.
- Eagerness to learn and a willingness to accept coaching.
- A positive attitude and commitment to growth.
- Local and overnight travel may be required.
The 50/50 Program is a collaborative initiative between USLI and select customer partners, with ongoing applications accepted due to various openings nationwide. Candidates should be prepared for a challenging yet rewarding experience. Please note that this is not a fully remote position.
