What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative Entry Level position at USLI?
Partnering with our customer partners—including independent retail agents and wholesale brokers—USLI is seeking energetic, dynamic, and competitive individuals who are passionate about sales and ready to launch their careers in the insurance industry. Successful candidates will be placed in agent and marketing representative roles with leading brokers and insurance agencies nationwide and enrolled in a comprehensive two-year training and development program. This program is designed to develop elite sales professionals who build meaningful business relationships, drive measurable results, and establish long-term careers in the industry. Participants receive a detailed training plan outlining expectations and the company’s investment in their development, along with a dedicated sales mentor for personalized coaching and support. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to network with peers from across the country as part of this national initiative.

- Ability to travel locally and overnight as needed
