The 50/50 Program
This joint venture between USLI and select customer partners provides a structured approach to career development, with mentorship and networking opportunities across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Build relationships with customers, generate leads, and contribute to sales growth through the 50/50 Program.
- Training & Mentorship: Engage in a comprehensive two-year training program, follow a structured training plan, and work closely with a dedicated sales mentor.
- Networking: Connect with fellow program participants nationwide, exchanging insights and experiences.
- Career Growth: Gain the skills and knowledge to excel in sales and establish a long-term career in the insurance industry.
