Key Responsibilities
- Underwriting Excellence: Evaluate and manage insurance submissions with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to underwriting guidelines and delegated authority.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver high-quality service by handling quotes, re-quotes, and endorsements with a customer-first approach.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and driving business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Underwriting, Business Development, Claims, IT, and other teams to support cohesive and effective operations.
- Market Insight: Contribute to innovation by staying current on market trends, analyzing competitive data, and supporting ongoing product development.

Qualifications
- Experience:
- 3 years of underwriting experience in Commercial Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, or Management & Professional Liability
- Insurance-related coursework (e.g., CPCU, RPLU) is a plus
- Alternate Experience Path: 5 years in one or more of the following areas:
- Insurance roles (e.g., sales, claims, agent/broker)
- Financial services (e.g., banking, mortgage, consulting)
- Legal services (e.g., attorney, paralegal)
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to maintain and grow customer relationships (for roles requiring travel)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
