About the Role:
We are looking for a driven, confident, and charismatic Project Manager to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll split your time between the field and home, managing residential construction projects from the first inspection to final walkthrough. You'll be the face of the project—working directly with clients, hiring and managing subcontractors, and ensuring budgets and timelines are on track.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct on-site inspections of customers’ homes to assess construction needs
- Walk potential clients through our building process and secure signed work authorizations
- Hire and manage subcontractor crews for various trades
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout each project
- Solve challenges and delays quickly and professionally
- Manage budgets with a focus on high profit margins and operational efficiency
