Job Summary
Special Education Adjunct Faculty assist with the instructional delivery
of courses taken by majors and non-majors. Special Educational adjunct faculty teach up to 6 hours [Two 3-hour courses] per semester. Courses include both general special education work as well as focus areas (mild/moderate disabilities, severe disabilities, emotional disabilities, and/or gifted studies).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Instruction
in traditional and online formats.
- Assessment
of student learning outcomes.
- Collaboration
with internal and external stakeholders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
