Job Summary
The School of Social Work is seeking applications for
a Visiting Instructor position for 2022-2023 school year. The position
will begin on August 16, 2022 and end on May 16, 2023. The
Visiting Instructor will function as an important part of the School of Social
Work team by teaching courses across the MSW and BSW curricula.

Master of Social Work, both of which require field internships and licensure
exams in order to practice. A child advocacy studies minor is also available.
The Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredits both degree programs.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Teaching courses across the BSW and MSW curricula.
- Adhering to class teaching schedules.
- Communicating any concerns or issues with program coordinators and/or the school director.
- Maintaining a weekly schedule for office hours to assure availability to students.
- Collaborating with program coordinators and the school director in planning, implementing, and evaluating assigned courses.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
