Job Summary
The Information Specialist is responsible for answering the admissions phone line and providing excellent customer service, processing all incoming documents, and assisting with the data operations within the Office of Admissions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as the initial point of contact and first level of support for perspective students and families.
- Processes incoming admissions documents and maintains admission document queues.
- Answers incoming emails and text messages sent to admissions.
- Maintain knowledge of admissions and admissions-related functions to communicate with prospective students and readmission students.
- Assists with admissions and recruitment events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
