Job Summary
This nine-month, teaching-track visiting assistant professor position requires teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the Epidemiology and Biostatistics program, especially Biostatistics. It also may include teaching Biostatistics coursework to other undergraduate and graduate students in the Health Professions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Teaches undergraduate and graduate Public Health students in a variety of courses in Biostatistics. Teaching includes preparation of course materials such as syllabi, course content, homework assignments, and handouts; evaluation and grading of students' class work, assignments, and papers; maintaining student attendance records, grades, and other required records; and holding regularly scheduled office hours in order to assist students.
- Participates in program and school service.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
