What are the responsibilities and job description for the RCM Administrative Assistant position at USOP, LLC?
Job Duties
- Responsible for administrative duties to support the RCM department including but not limited to: Copying, scanning, printing, faxing, mail processing and filing.
- Assists various RCM functions with assigned RCM specific tasks including but not limited to: data entry, claim submission, internal audits, reporting and data exports.
- Maintains HIPAA compliance when handling patient protected health information
- Responsible for other administrative RCM-related duties as assigned, such as formatting spreadsheets, updating documents or other similar tasks.
Job Requirements
- 1 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in an RCM setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficient - intermediate skill level or better required
- Team player attitude, willingness to collaborate with others
- Prior experience in the EHR technology industry (highly preferred)
- Key skills: teamwork, organizational / task management, cross-team collaboration
Experience
Required- 1 year(s): 1 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in an RCM setting
Education
Required- High School or better
