USP Management, Inc. is seeking a thoughtful and analytical Investment Manager to oversee the company’s portfolio of liquid and real estate investments. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities with a focus on smart capital allocation and long-term value creation. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, making sound judgment calls, and contributing to strategic planning.
Responsibility Areas:
- Evaluate and propose investment opportunities across asset classes, including real estate, equities, and alternative investments.
- Manage and monitor the performance of existing assets and recommend adjustments to optimize return.
- Lead investment due diligence and financial modeling.
- Stay informed on market trends, economic shifts, and emerging opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Work with legal and accounting partners to ensure optimal structuring, tax efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Support executive leadership with capital planning, portfolio reporting, and asset acquisition/divestment decisions.
- Contribute to long-term financial strategy and capital allocation planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7 years of relevant experience in investment management, finance, or real estate.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to conduct analysis, build models, and present clear recommendations.
- Proactive, practical thinker with sound business judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate investment and/or asset management.
- Familiarity with 1031 exchange strategies, REITs, or alternative investment vehicles.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
