The Registered Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, including staff development, quality assurance initiatives, and budget monitoring. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading staff development programs and quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop strategies for program growth.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, including Joint Commission and CMS standards.
- Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures.
- Managing staff schedules and supervising clinical teams.
Preferred qualifications include experience in perioperative, pre-op, or PACU clinical areas, ambulatory surgical center experience, and knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
